SportPark at Loughborough University has won a BCO Regional Award for Best Commercial Workplace.
The building displayed strong environmental credentials, making use of natural ventilation and ground source heat pumps which resulted in the building achieving a prestigious BREEAM “Excellent” Award. The judges described the building as “iconic”, and a “great addition” to the University of Loughborough.
In October the winners from the Regional Awards will go on to compete at a national level, and bid to win the ‘Best of the Best’ award.
