Equal Opportunities


We consider equality and diversity of utmost importance throughout our business. We use an equalities monitoring form for new staff, which is reviewed annually and imbalances are addressed in the most appropriate way. We also have a policy that is applicable to every member of staff and available to every member of staff through our server accessed company information system, and by hard copy available in the library and on the practice manager’s desk.

Equal opportunities monitoring will be carried out to measure the effect of the Partnership’s Equal Opportunities Policy, to check the policy is working and act as a basis for future plans. The diversity of our staff represents the success of our policies and approach.
