People

Introduction

Our staff is our greatest asset, and as a result we invest in their development professionally and personally. The result is a strong and happy team. We spend time developing our Personal Development Plans and endorse training to fill gaps in knowledge or encourage an expertise level of knowledge.

A group of individuals in the practice, The People Group, are dedicated entirely to the welfare of everyone at David Morley Architects, and are currently in the process of applying for Investors in People accreditation. We hope to receive it in 2008.
