Jo’s level of relevant industry experience spans 10 years, predominantly focused on Healthcare projects based in London.
Jo completed her Part 3 in 2010 from Leeds Metropolitan University and has been Contract Administrator on the majority of the projects she has undertaken. Jo has led projects independently ranging from minor Mental Health observation rooms on quick turnarounds, valued at £550K construction, to whole Emergency Department refurbs that have lasted over several years, valued at £19m construction. More recently, Jo is the Project Architect for a six storey comprehensive refurbishment and extension of an existing 1960’s office building in London’s West End, into a standalone private day surgery centre at 1 Welbeck street, London. This major new fag-ship health facility for Ambulatory Surgery International (ASI) includes orthopaedic theatres, endoscopy procedure rooms and an imaging suite.
Outside the ofce Jo’s interests include travelling, skiing and reading. She is currently enjoying renovating an Edwardian house in Horsham.
